DENTON MINE ROYALTY… AN ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE!

Some fluorites are beautiful. Some are exceptional. And then there are those rare pieces that become the CROWN JEWELS of a collection.

This extraordinary Fluorite on Sphalerite from the legendary Denton Mine in Southern Illinois is easily ONE OF MY TOP FLUORITES IN THE ENTIRE COLLECTION!

Just LOOK at that COLOR!

Two massive, beautifully intergrown fluorite cubes displaying an absolutely ELECTRIC combination of deep royal purple, intense cobalt-blue flashes, and that unmistakable Illinois BLURPLE that collectors go crazy for!

The incredible glassy luster, sharp cubic geometry, and fascinating internal zoning are simply mesmerizing.

And that MATRIX!

The fluorites sit perfectly atop a dramatic carpet of jet-black, highly lustrous sphalerite crystals, creating an almost unreal contrast. The balance, crystal placement, and overall aesthetics are nothing short of spectacular.

But what makes this specimen even more special is its SERIOUS PROVENANCE.

For me, provenance adds another dimension to collecting. Knowing a specimen’s history, where it’s been, and whose collection it once belonged to makes an already extraordinary piece that much more meaningful.

The color. The contrast. The architecture. The provenance.

THIS IS WHAT WORLD-CLASS ILLINOIS FLUORITE LOOKS LIKE!

An irreplaceable beauty and one of the absolute favorites in my collection.

The hunt continues… but this one isn’t going anywhere!
