Straight from the famous N’Chwaning I Mine, Kuruman, Kalahari Manganese Field, Northern Cape, South Africa!
JUST LOOK AT THIS GEMMY MASTERPIECE!
A spectacular cluster of sharply terminated Rhodochrosite crystals exploding with fiery orange-red, glowing cherry-red, and rich crimson saturation!
And the way the light penetrates those translucent crystal tips? PURE MAGIC!
Incredible gemmy transparency Deep, juicy red-orange saturation Multiple sharp, beautifully defined terminations Stunning natural crystal architecture Prestigious EX DESMOND SACCO provenance
The contrast between those glowing, almost molten-orange tips and the intensely saturated red body is absolutely mesmerizing!
These are the kinds of specimens that remind me why South African Rhodochrosites are among the most coveted minerals on the planet.
