Some people decorate their desks with pictures and plants… I prefer a little Mother Nature magic!

Taking a few minutes to sit back and admire six extraordinary treasures from some of my favorite mineral localities around the world.

Natural Unheated Tanzanite — A massive, deeply saturated beauty showing off that incredible blue-violet pleochroism.

Vietnam Aquamarine — Crystal-clear, electric blue perfection from Thanh Hoa Province.

Chameleon Pocket Tourmaline — From Aricanga, Minas Gerais, Brazil. An insane combination of colors and natural artistry!

Ukrainian Etched Heliodor — Golden-yellow magic with incredible natural etching and sculptural crystal architecture.

Pinky Mine Amethyst, Namibia — Gorgeous purple saturation and serious character.

Streep Mine Amethyst with Analcime, Namibia — A spectacular combination of rich purple amethyst and contrasting analcime crystals.

Six specimens. Six completely different personalities. One very happy collector!

After all these years, I still find myself staring at these beauties, turning them in the light, discovering something new, and wondering how Mother Nature creates such incredible works of art.

The collecting obsession is REAL! And the best part? Hunting down extraordinary treasures not just for my own collection, but for my clients and friends who share this crazy passion.

Sometimes the best part of the day is simply sitting at my desk, appreciating what I’ve been fortunate enough to find.
