An incredible 7.87 gram Tourmaline from Morro Redondo, Minas Gerais, Brazil , showing off a beautiful natural color transition from saturated raspberry and cranberry-red through a razor-sharp transition zone into that gorgeous deep blue-green termination.

The zoning is what gets me on this one. That diagonal transition between the pink and green gives the crystal so much personality, and combined with the glassy transparency, strong vertical striations and gemmy luster, it absolutely IGNITES under the light.
