ABSOLUTE MONSTER… ILLINOIS FLUORITE COLOR BOMBSHELL

ABSOLUTE MONSTER… ILLINOIS FLUORITE COLOR BOMBSHELL.

THIS COLOR COMBINATION IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

An incredible Fluorite from Cave-in-Rock, Illinois, exploding with layers of glowing golden yellow, electric blue, pink and deep purple. Backlit, this thing turns into pure stained glass — every zone lighting up and revealing another layer of natural architecture.

The stepped cubic growth and overlapping crystals give this specimen serious presence, but that COLOR is what absolutely steals the show.

And the provenance makes it even better. This beauty comes from the Ralph & Rose Heitmann Collection, Florissant, Missouri, with the original collection label still accompanying the specimen.
