This extraordinary Rhodonite from the Morro da Mina Mine, Conselheiro Lafaiete, Minas Gerais, Brazil is an absolute explosion of saturated cherry-red color.

The towering main crystal completely commands the composition — bold, lustrous, beautifully translucent, and surrounded by an incredible arrangement of smaller Rhodonite crystals cascading across the contrasting matrix.

And that COLOR… deep raspberry-red shifting into electric cherry and hot pink where the light catches the crystal. The contrast against the matrix makes every crystal pop and gives the entire specimen a sculptural, almost unreal presence.
