A little rain at Pelican Hill Resort isn’t stopping the crystal vibes.
Taking in the rainy Sunday backdrop with this absolutely gorgeous Aquamarine from the legendary Shigar Valley, Pakistan—and that COLOR is everything.
Beautiful icy aqua-blue saturation, incredible transparency, glassy luster, and that long, commanding crystal form. Even under the soft, overcast light, this Shigar beauty absolutely glows. In fact, there’s something about rainy-day lighting that lets the color speak for itself—no harsh sun needed.
One of my favorite things about this hunt is taking these pieces with me and enjoying them wherever I am. Today it’s rain, Pelican Hill, and a serious piece of Shigar Valley magic.
Rain or shine… the rocks always come out.
