Taking this 16.38 gram Ouro Fino Tourmaline outside by the pool and letting the sunlight hit it is just ridiculous. Every slight turn unlocks another personality—deep teal, electric emerald, golden champagne, flashes of pink and orange, and smoky violet all shifting through one extraordinary crystal.

The pleochroism is absolutely mesmerizing. Add the razor-sharp striations, beautiful transparency, glassy luster, and incredible color transitions, and it’s easy to understand why this is one of my favorite Tourmalines in my collection.
