HESSONITE GARNET PERFECTION FROM JEFFREY MINE
Now THIS is a cluster.
An absolutely gorgeous Hessonite Garnet from the legendary Jeffrey Mine, Val-des-Sources (formerly Asbestos), Quebec, Canada — packed with beautifully formed, highly lustrous crystals displaying that unmistakable rich cinnamon-orange to deep amber color.
The crystal coverage is incredible. Big, sharp faces stacked together into a super aesthetic composition, with flashes of transparency and fiery internal glow when the light hits just right.
Jeffrey Mine material has such a distinctive character, and this one checks all the boxes for me — color, luster, crystal form, contrast, and serious presence.
A Canadian classic and an absolute beauty.
