Some amethysts have color… and then there are the ones that completely redefine it.

This large amethyst scepter from the legendary Three Trees area of Namibia is absolutely drenched in that coveted “blurple” saturation collectors dream about. The crystal glows with an electric blend of rich violet and cool blue that shifts beautifully as the light moves across its razor-sharp faces.

The elegant scepter growth gives it an incredibly sculptural presence, while the luster and color make it nearly impossible to look away. It’s one of those specimens that commands your attention from across the room, then rewards you with even more detail the closer you get.

Three Trees continues to produce some of the world’s most distinctive amethysts, but examples with this level of saturation, aesthetics, and overall presence are becoming increasingly difficult to source.
