ANNABEL LEE ON ANOTHER LEVEL.
This is the kind of Illinois Fluorite that stops you in your tracks. An absolutely incredible multi-color specimen from the legendary Annabel Lee Mine, Harris Creek Mining District, Hardin County, Illinois.
The color zoning is just ridiculous—layers of electric blue, deep purple, fiery orange, golden yellow and flashes of pink stacked through sharp, complex fluorite cubes. Every angle brings out a completely different palette.
Add the chalcopyrite association and killer overall composition, and you have a specimen loaded with classic Illinois character.
Presented on a custom base and absolutely worthy of center stage in any serious fluorite collection.
Earth’s art… millions of years in the making.
