Natural light and Congolese fire…

Nothing beats taking a crystal outside and letting the sun do the talking. This elongated Congo tourmaline absolutely comes alive as it spins—flashes of olive green, smoky bronze, and golden honey tones shifting through the crystal with every turn.

The form on this one is pure elegance: long, slender, and beautifully balanced with sharp prism faces, incredible transparency, and that unmistakable Rubaya character collectors chase. As the sunlight passes through the crystal, the internal architecture lights up, revealing layers of color and depth that are impossible to appreciate standing still.

Some tourmalines look good in a display case. Others demand to be twirled in the sunshine. This one definitely falls into the second category.
