EARTH’S HIDDEN RESERVOIRS.
Some crystals are beautiful. Others tell an entire geological story.
This massive smoky quartz from the legendary Goboboseb Mountains, Namibia stands an incredible 17.15 cm (6.75”) tall and is loaded with features that keep collectors coming back for more. Towering skeletal growth dominates the main crystal, while rich clay inclusions create dramatic landscapes suspended within the quartz. Hidden throughout the specimen are multiple enhydros—ancient pockets of trapped water sealed away by nature millions of years ago.
Every angle reveals something new… intricate internal architecture, razor-sharp terminations, mesmerizing transparency, and a level of complexity that’s nearly impossible to capture in a single video.
A true museum-caliber example of why Goboboseb continues to produce some of the world’s most captivating quartz specimens.
The longer you look, the more you discover.
